Expert Witness

I am available for expert reports and expert witness testimony in legal cases related to my areas of expertise. Most of my expert witness work focuses on failures of awareness. If you are interested in engaging me as an expert, please email me (prof.simons@gmail.com) and provide a brief summary of the relevant issues in the case and any pending deadlines. We can then schedule a brief call to discuss your needs. If the case is not directly related to my expertise or if I do not have sufficient availability given the timing of the case, I might be able to suggest an alternative expert.
